1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
You can request a refund or exchange if:

✔ The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
✔ The item is not damaged, stained, or missing parts.
✔ The product is eligible for return based on our Return Policy.
📌 Not Eligible for Refunds or Exchanges:
🚫 Innerwear, lingerie, socks, or accessories (for hygiene reasons).
🚫 Customized or personalized products.
🚫 Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance sales.
🚫 Products that are damaged due to improper use or handling.
2. Refund Policy
💰 How Will I Get My Refund?

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank, UPI, card) within 5-7 business days after approval.

COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit within 5-7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged product.
📌 Refund Not Available If:
🚫 The returned product is used, damaged, or missing parts.
🚫 The return is requested after the 2-day window.
🚫 The item was marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
3. Exchange Policy

You can exchange an item for a different size or color (if available).

If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.

Exchanges will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
📌 Exchange Not Available If:
🚫 The item is used, washed, or damaged.
🚫 The item is from the "Final Sale" or Non-Returnable category.
🚫 The exchange request is made after 2 days of delivery.
4. How to Request a Refund or Exchange?
You can easily request a refund or exchange through any of the following methods:
📌 Option 1: Visit “My Orders” on our website/app and select "Return/Exchange."
📌 Option 2: Contact our customer support via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
📌 Option 3: If purchased from Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho, follow their return process.
5. Return Process & Inspection
🚚 Step 1: Schedule a return request through our website or customer service.
📦 Step 2: If pickup is available, our courier partner will collect the item. If not, the customer must self-ship it to our return address.
🔍 Step 3: Once we receive the item, we inspect it for quality.
✅ Step 4: If the item passes inspection, a refund or exchange is processed.
❌ Step 5: If the item fails inspection (used, damaged, or missing tags), the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to the customer.
6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days after return approval.

In some cases, bank processing times may vary. If you don’t receive your refund within 7-10 days, contact your bank.
📌 Fastest Refund Option: If you opt for store credit, it will be issued within 24 hours of return approval.
7. What If I Received a Wrong or Damaged Product?

If the claim is valid, we will:
