Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Items should be free from stains, odors, or damages caused by the customer.

  • Returns will be accepted only if they meet the eligibility criteria upon inspection.

1.1 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and accessories (due to hygiene reasons).

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.

  • Items purchased on clearance sale or marked as "Final Sale."

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.


2. Return Request Process

2.1 How to Initiate a Return

Customers can request a return through:

  • Our website/App under the "My Orders" section.

  • Customer support via phone (details in the Contact Us section).

2.2 Return Pickup & Self-Shipping

  • If a return pickup service is available in the customer's area, a pickup will be scheduled.

  • If pickup is not available, the customer must self-ship the item to our return address.

  • In case of self-shipping, return shipping charges will be reimbursed (if applicable) up to a fixed amount.

2.3 Inspection & Approval

  • Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected for quality.

  • If the product passes the inspection, the refund or exchange will be processed.

  • If the product fails the inspection (e.g., used, damaged, missing tags), the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to the customer.


3. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to wrong item, defective product, or damaged delivery, return shipping is free.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., size issue, change of mind):

    • Prepaid Orders: A return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.

    • COD Orders: The customer must bear the return shipping cost.
