Refund policy

At Mebrand, we stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right we'll make it right. Simple as that.


7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we're unable to offer a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • All original tags must be intact
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • You must have proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)

How to Start a Return

Step 1 Email us at support@mebrand.in Include your order ID and reason for return.

Step 2 We'll review your request within 24-48 hours Once approved, we'll send you the return instructions and address.

Step 3 Ship the item back to us Pack it securely. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Step 4 Refund processed Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days.


Damaged or Wrong Item?

We take full responsibility if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.

Contact us at support@mebrand.in within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order ID
  • Clear photos of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund no questions asked.


Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Here's the fastest way:

  1. Initiate a return for your current item
  2. Once approved, place a fresh order for the correct item
  3. Your refund will be processed simultaneously

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You'll receive a confirmation email from us
  • If approved, refund is processed within 2-3 business days
  • Amount is credited to your original payment method
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5-7 business days

If 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it email us at support@mebrand.in and we'll sort it immediately.


What Cannot Be Returned

We're unable to accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale items (marked as Final Sale)
  • Custom printed or personalized orders
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Custom Orders

Custom print orders placed via our "Design Your Own" page are non-refundable since they are made specifically for you. However, if the product arrives damaged or printed incorrectly we will reprint or refund at no extra cost.
