Orders & Shipping
Q: Is shipping free on all orders?
Yes. Mebrand offers free shipping on every order across India. No minimum order value required.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery takes 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–7 business days for other locations.
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No. We currently accept online payments only UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes can be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Email us immediately at support@mebrand.in with your order number.
Q: Do you ship outside India?
No. We currently ship within India only.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return window?
You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Q: How do I return or exchange a product?
Email support@mebrand.in or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.
Q: When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Q: Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability. If your size is not available, we will issue a full refund.
Products & Sizing
Q: What fabric do Mebrand products use?
Our products use 100% cotton fabric. GSM varies by product the exact GSM is mentioned on each product page so you always know what you are getting.
Q: Will the t-shirt shrink after washing?
Our products are bio-washed and pre-shrunk, so shrinkage is minimal. Always wash on a gentle cycle in cold water and air dry for best results.
Q: How do I choose the right size?
Check the size chart on each product page. For an oversized fit, go one size up from your regular size. If you are between sizes, always size up.
Q: Do your product photos accurately show the colour?
We photograph products in natural lighting to show accurate colours. However, slight variations can occur due to your screen settings. If the colour is significantly different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. All payments are processed securely through PayU.
Q: My payment was deducted but order was not confirmed what do I do?
This can happen due to network issues. The amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days. If not, email us at support@mebrand.in with your transaction details.
Q: Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We use SSL encryption and do not store any card details on our servers.
