If Your Payment Is Deducted But Order Is Not Confirmed
This can occasionally happen due to a network error. Your amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If it does not reflect within that time, please contact us at support@mebrand.in and we will resolve it immediately.
If Your Payment Fails
Simply retry the payment or choose a different payment method. No amount is deducted for failed transactions. If you see a deduction for a failed order, it will be reversed automatically within 3–5 business days.
