Order Cancellation Policy

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped yet.

To cancel, email us at support@mebrand.in or WhatsApp us immediately with your order number.

If cancelled within the allowed window, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. In that case, please wait for delivery and then raise a return request within 7 days.

2. Cancellation by Mebrand

We may cancel your order under the following circumstances:

• Product is out of stock
• Shipping address is invalid or incomplete
• Payment failure or fraud suspicion
• Incorrect price due to a technical or listing error
• Unusual bulk orders suspected of platform misuse

In all such cases, if payment was already made, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will be notified via email.
