Terms & Conditions for Customized Clothing

By placing a customization order with Mebrand, you agree to the following terms.

1. Placing Orders

All customization orders must be placed through our website or approved channels. You are responsible for providing accurate information including design files, size, colour, and quantity. Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. No COD is available for customized orders.

3. Customization & Design

You may provide your own design or choose from our available options. By submitting a design, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. Mebrand reserves the right to refuse any design that is inappropriate, offensive, or infringes on copyright or trademark. We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from customer-submitted designs.

4. Production & Shipping

Standard production time is 2–4 business days depending on order size and complexity. Delivery after dispatch takes 5–7 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 7–11 business days. These are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production error on our part — such as incorrect design, wrong size, or defective item. If there is an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at support@mebrand.in and we will resolve it.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided production has not started. Once production begins, cancellation is not possible. If cancelled within the allowed window, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the item ordered, excluding shipping charges. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
